GUIDANCE CALL
This complimentary 15 - 30 minute call helps determine if myofunctional therapy is right for you or your child. We’ll discuss your goals, explain the therapy, and address any questions. If appropriate, we’ll talk over next steps, including a full evaluation. After booking, you can add specific concerns to the intake form.

CONSULTATION
The myofunctional therapy consultation is the first step in myofunctional therapy! Before your appointment, you'll complete a detailed intake form and submit photos via your secure client portal. In this 90-minute session, you and your therapist will review your symptoms, medical history, and lifestyle factors related to myofunctional disorders. We’ll also assess how your muscles function during chewing, swallowing, breathing, and oral posture. Based on the evaluation, we’ll provide personalized recommendations and create a customized therapy plan.
Pricing: $100
THERAPY SESSIONS
Each client has an individualized myofunctional therapy program with their own set of goals. Exercises are expected to be practiced 2-3 times a day, however most exercises will only take a few minutes. Sessions are held weekly or biweekly and will be online through a virtual platform with treatment typically lasting 6 to 12 months.
